Dmitri I. Dubograev is a founder and managing partner of the law irm FEMIDA.US (a/k/a International Legal Counsels PC) in Alexandria, VA with afiliate ofices in Washington, D.C., Paris and Moscow. He focuses on representation of clients in the information technology, software, inance, telecommunication, entertainment and sports industries in cross-border transactions, technology transfers, licensing and corporate structuring and inancing. <br>Mr. Dubograev has published several articles on European Community regulations and US and Russian corporate law issues, and he has been invited to give presentations at numerous conferences of the software industry. Mr. Dubograev received his degree in law with excellence from Belarussian State University in 1991 and his J.D. from Washington and Lee University in 1994. He is admitted to the District of Columbia and Virginia Bars.

Alexandre Kolosovski (email)
Alexandre Kolosovski manages the International Legal Counsels’ practice in Paris, France. He provides legal advice to domestic, EU and international clients and companies operating in France, in the European Union or in the Central and Eastern Europe in technology, computer law and intellectual property related legal issues. Mr. Kolosovski has published several articles on legal approximation and harmonization with the European Union legislation. Mr. Kolosovski received his degree in law in 1991, his master degree in Law from the University of Aix–Marseille in France in 1995 and his MBA degree from Solvay Business School, Belgium in 1998. He is admitted to practice within the Paris Bar (Avocat à la Cour), France and Minsk Bar in Belarus. Mr. Kolosovski is Member of Board of the Association Française des Juristes Franco-Russes (AFJFR), an Association of Russian-French Lawyers, at the Paris Bar. He is in charge of the relations with Third Party, in particular with the Commercial Delegation of the Russian Federation in France located in Paris.
