Thorsten Kolisch started out as project manager at Me, Myself & Eye Entertainment GmbH in 1997. From 1999 to 2001, he acted as general manager at the management consultancy AHEAD and its successor company Valtech. Subsequently, he was head of the on-line activities of MME AG as executive producer. Since 2003, Kolisch is a partner and managing director of INTENIUM GmbH, supervising the divisions of on-line business development and international expansion.

Mr. Rivkin co-founded Zodiac Interactive in 2002.  Mr. Rivkin has been the driving force in developing Zodiac's technological vision that includes architecting Zodiac's set top libraries, multi-player engines, and multi-channel sound, which has resulted in the most advanced set-top games in the cable industry.  Beyond providing technology leadership to Zodiac, Mr. Rivkin has been responsible for overseeing the development, deployment, and growth of Zodiac's library of games for MSO distribution as well as the new User Interface that was deployed in 2005 by Cablevision Systems. Mr. Rivkin graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Computer Science from Georgia Tech University
