Casual games are becoming much more sophisticated in terms of art styles and art quality. More and more developers are unable deliver graphics up the the users' expectations.

What is the key to creating great art that would add to the gameplay and sales numbers? What do we do wrong?

Ivan Tkachenko is Vice President of Production of Kenjitsu, Nikitova strategic partner in Russia. Ivan is a qualified game development professional with 4+ years experience managing video- and computer games outsourcing. He has a vivid academic and practical background in business which makes him a skillful team leader and successful executive. Ivan graduated from Saint-Petersburg Electrotechnical University in the middle of 90-s. Before working closely with Nikitova he worked at the aerospace centre in Germany where he obtained a great experience in business administration. Further professional experience included position of leading technical specialist in the American company Aelita where he was CTO having built the successful IT company with the staff of over 100 specialists. Today, managing a 50 people team of Kenjitsu (Nikitova Russia) Ivan effectively employs his vast knowledge and experience in IT in general and Game Development in particular.
