Michael joined Merit Entertainment in 2006 from Microsoft Corporation, where he was the General Manager for Enterprise and Industry Marketing. He was responsible for Microsoft’s marketing programs that address managed enterprise accounts in the US. As the chief marketer for the US Enterprise group, he drove marketing strategy and budget while overseeing local marketing efforts in all major US cities.
Until leaving IBM in fall of 2003, Michael was VP of Marketing for IBM’s Communications Sector, where he led global marketing efforts in Telecommunications, Media and Entertainment.
Michael’s early career was spent designing and manufacturing high-performance supercomputers and related technology for Control Data, ETA Systems, and Kendall Square Research.
Michael holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
