Greg Lanz currently serves as Vice President of Publishing and Sales for iWin, Inc., a leading casual games publisher and online website. Mr. Lanz has over 8 years of game industry experience in sales, distribution, licensing, and online advertising.
Before joining iWin, Mr. Lanz spent 2 ½ years at Trymedia Systems managing North American sales and business development and was a contributing factor in the acquisition of Trymedia by Macrovision (MVSN) in August 2005.
Prior to Trymedia, Mr. Lanz held sales and management positions at GameDAILY, Sega Dreamcast, and KPMG’s Channel Management Group.

Shawn McMichael (email)
As director of advertising sales for Microsoft Casual Games, Shawn McMichael is responsible for all aspects of sales generation including advertising, sponsorships and demand generation for downloadable content for several of Microsoft Casual Games’ platforms, including Xbox Live Arcade and MSN Games.
During his ten-year tenure at Microsoft, McMichael has worked as the group manager for Microsoft’s Direct Acquisition group where he was responsible for all MSN direct strategic planning, budgeting and implementation of acquisitions and growth strategies through direct response marketing. He also served as product planner for MSN 8 where he successfully drove premium services and was the group marketing manager for Microsoft’s mobile devices division for the introduction of the Pocket PC and Auto PC.
McMichael has a bachelor’s degree in organizational communications from San Francisco State University.

Chris Houtzer (email)
Chris Houtzer is the Senior Product Manager in the Games group at RealNetworks, where he's primarily responsible for building the North American advertising business for RealArcade and GameHouse. Prior to joining Real in 2004, Chris was Senior Manager of Business Development at WetFeet in San Francisco where he developed a successful online subscription service for University Career Centers. In 2000, Chris sold InternshipPrograms.com, a company he started out of college to WetFeet. Chris holds a B.A. in Economics and Management from Albion College.

Greg Schaffer (email)
As the Team Manager for Google In-Game Advertising, Mr. Schaffer oversees Google's in-game advertising sales team and drives market outreach efforts throughout North America.
A seasoned media sales executive, Schaffer joined Google, Inc. in 2007 through the acquisition of AdScape Media, where he served as Vice President of Sales. Before joining the AdScape team, Schaffer managed regional sales for PointRoll, Inc., the industry-leading rich media solutions subsidiary of Gannett Corp.. Prior to PointRoll, Schaffer was responsible for the formation and growth of Knight Ridder Digital's national sales team and also played critical roles in the company's content syndication, integrated media partnership, and sports marketing businesses.
Schaffer received a B.A. degree in Economics from UCLA and an MBA from The Haas School at UC Berkeley. He resides in the SF Bay Area with his wife and 3 daughters.
