A detailed analysis of PopCap's design and production procedures.
We aren't sure why they agreed to do this session, they give away all their secrets, so make sure to listen if you have anything to do with game development.
our take:
Originally, this session was "Scrum, it really works!" While the speakers don't mention agile methods as we had originally planned- you will quickly realize that over the years PopCap has evolved their production process into an agile like system before agile was cool.
Now everyone, see what happens when you don't ask your questions into the mic. Yep, makes the recording not as cool. Remember to next time or you will be hurt.
