Arkadium: 1,000 Games by 2010

When you have a game library of over 200 games, multiple company clients and a best selling toy, what would be your next big goal? How about having over 1,000 games by 2010.

Arkadium, a New York casual game company, has announced that the company will be increasing the number of games available in their own library with an initial increase of 50 games by the end of the year, and a long term goal of 1000 games by 2010.

"From talking to hundreds of web sites, we found that they all wanted three similar things: more unique users, more page views, and more time spent on their site,” said Kenny Rosenblatt, CEO of Arkadium. “With our online Flash games, we have given brands and web sites everything they were asking for, without driving the user away with a download"

In a phone interview with Jessica Rovello, Chairman and Co-Founder of Arkadium, Rovello stated that she believes the ability to be flexible for their customers in both graphics and gameplay makes Arkadium more attractive to companies like Fandango, Hearst Magazines, CBS and others.

"Having an extensive library of games that companies can pick and choose from allows us to be quicker to market," says Rovello.
