Meez Anounces API for Casual Games

Meez, an online social entertainment network that fuses avatars, casual gaming and a virtual economy, has announced the launch of its distributed gaming service and related API platform for game developers.

The Meez API includes in-game Meez avatars, a virtual economy engine that allows gamers to win coinz towards buying avatar clothing, animations and furniture and community features that award badges and trophies for highscores and multiplayer gaming.

Meez plans to enable its API in more than 50 games this quarter adding to the 50 third party casual games who have already installed the API.

Meez Games Service is now available at social media networks, including Facebook, Friendster, Perfspot and Meez.
